Beeja is a dance company based in London. Started by Anusha Subramanyam, it is a collective of artists. We aim to make bharatantyam accessible to as wide an audience as possible. Beeja’s performances and workshops are innovative, interactive and exciting. The company actively collaborates with artists from a variety of disciplines, including the theatre, circus, and multi-media. Beeja has an extensive education and training programme in educational, community and special needs settings. We encourage social and cultural integration through the performing arts. We aim to inspire individuals from all sections of the community with dance, drama and music.
